Current water level is 709.30 and water surface temp is 70 degrees.

WOOOHOO Finally a dry weekend this week. Sunny and mid 70's. Sterett Creek Marina is open and the fish are biting strong.

Crappie have moved to summer patterns for the most part. Minnows fished 8 to 12 feet deep in 10 to 20 feet of water on the timber or fished over brush piles are taking limits of nice crappie consistently.

The white bass and hybrids are hot as a pistol right now on a variety of baits from jigging spoons, sassy shads, jigs tipped with minnows, or trolling cranks have all been effective on the humps and current breaks.

Large mouth have also been coming in on baits from spinner baits, top-water, buzz-baits. and plastics. Bass have been good on inside bend current break points in 2 to 8 feet of water. Top-waters best early and late, and plastics during the day.

Cats on rod and reel and jugs are best with perch on jugs and cut shad on rod and reel. Fish flats in 8 to 15 feet of water.

It will be a great weather weekend so come on down and get in on the action. Stop in at the Drunken Minnow and grab a bite and some refreshment while you are here!!!!! See ya on the water!!!!
