Current lake level 710.79 and falling. Water surface temp is 85 degrees

With water generation every day fishing has been good. Crappie in the Sterett Creek area have been on different patterns. Some fish coming on brushpiles in 10 to 15 feet of water on minnows but very few. Most crappie on the lower lake have been suspended 10 to 14 feet deep in 20 to 30 feet of water again minnows are best. Look for these fish off bluffs and channel edges. Drop to proper depth and sloWWWWWWW troll parallel to the drop.

White bass and hybrids have been good this week. Whites on spoons on the humps and current funnels also suspended at 10 feet. Hybrids have been best with live shad or live perch. Whites running 1 1/2 to 3 pounds hybrids up to 10 pounds plus.

Lots of blue cats coming on jugs and rod and reel with cut shad. Main lake flats 10 to 20 feet and near the dam.

Large mouth best early on top-waters, and later in the day on a variety of plastics on main lake and secondary points in 5 to 12 feet of water.

Come on down to Sterett Creek and get in on the action. See ya on the water.
